Who We Are

Mommy and Me came from my own lived experience, from carrying everything alone and knowing how different a day can feel when even small support shows up.

I know the exhaustion, the quiet overwhelm, and the strength it takes to keep showing up for your children when you don’t have consistent support. I’ve lived it. And I see too many single parents walking that same road.

This work exists because no one should have to do this alone.

Mommy and Me is about showing up with intention.
Not to enable .. but to empower.

I believe support should be practical, respectful, and rooted in care. And I believe every single parent deserves a village , whether they realize it yet or not.
